Board of Director Biographies
Tom Bosley (Ontario)
Tom Bosley, was president of The Canadian Real Estate Association for a one-year term that ended in October 1997 and is currently the President of the National REALTORS Care® Foundation.
Mr. Bosley, a REALTOR® since 1970 is the principal broker and sole owner of Bosley Real Estate, a Toronto real estate firm, specializing in residential and commercial/industrial brokerage. Bosley has served on the CREA Board of Directors since 1991 and the Executive Committee since 1993.
He is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Canada, holding the FRI designation, and a member of the National Association of REALTORS®, holding the CRB designation.
Bosely’s involvement at the provincial and local levels includes service as President of the Ontario Real Estate Association (1991), and President of the Toronto Real Estate Board (1983). He was also President of All Points Relocation Service Inc. (a relocation service of some 640 brokers throughout the United States and Canada) in 1981 and 1982. He is an honorary life member of all three organizations.
His civic involvement includes past service with the Rotary Club of Toronto, Ontario Special Olympics and the North York Hospital Foundation.
Calvin Lindberg (British Columbia)
Calvin Lindberg has been elected President of The Canadian Real Estate Association for 2008. Before becoming President-Elect in 2007, Calvin had been elected Director-At-Large for CREA in 2005. A REALTOR® from West Vancouver, he has over 19 years experience in residential real estate.
Calvin has been active in all three levels of organized real estate. He has served as Director, Vice President and President for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and as a Director of the British Columbia Real Estate Association. He has also chaired CREA's Federal Affairs, Audit and Conference Committees.
Ralph Fyfe (Manitoba)
Ralph Fyfe was first elected as CREA Director-at-Large in April 2005. He has served one other term on the CREA Board as the Regional Director representing Manitoba. Ralph is an alternate Broker with Century 21 Bachman and Associates in Winnipeg and has been licensed for over 25 years. He has served as Director of Winnipeg REALTORS® Association, and Director and President of the Manitoba Real Estate Association. He has also served on numerous committees, including as Chair of the CREA Conference Committee in 1997, and as Chair of MLS® for the Winnipeg Real Estate News in 1994.
Sing L. Yeo (British Columbia)
Sing Yeo is Senior Vice-President of Vancouver’s Royal Pacific Realty - the largest privately owned real estate firm in all of Western Canada with 850 REALTORS®.
Sing’s integrity, professionalism, collegial management style, work ethic and knowledge are central to the success of Royal Pacific and to the many boards on which he sits.
Sing devotes significant time and energy to volunteer work, sitting on many boards and committees. He is a long-standing director and President of the Westside Division of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver.
In 2002, Sing and his wife Patricia developed a philanthropic vision for REALTORS® to leave a legacy in British Columbia. In 2003 this resulted in the establishment of the BC Children’s Hospital REALTORS® Care Endowment fund. To date, more the half a million dollars has been raised.
Deborah Goodfellow (Manitoba)
Deborah Goodfellow first began her real estate career in 1981. She currently serves as the broker for Goodfellow and Goodfellow Real Estate Ltd. that she co-owns with her husband, Bob.
Besides acting as a selling broker, Deb is quite involved with the governance of the real estate industry. She served on the Winnipeg Real Estate Board of Directors in 1995 and 1996 and was re-elected to serve as a board of director for the 1999 and 2000 term.
She served as the chairperson for the Winnipeg Real Estate Boards Investigative Committee in 1996 and co-chair in 1995, Affordable Housing Committee in 1998, Hearings Committee in 1999, MLS/WREN in 1999. She has also served on both the Programs and the Public Relations Committees at the Winnipeg Real Estate Board in addition to several sub-committees and task forces.
She takes an active interest in the direction, growth and evolution of both her company and the real estate industry in which she serves.
Thelma Innes (New Brunswick)
Thelma Innes was the 2006 President of the New Brunswick Real Estate Association (NBREA). Thelma also has been active as a community leader. She has served as both Campaign Chair and President of the United Way /Centraide of Central New Brunswick. Thelma is also a member of the Board of Governors of St. Thomas University, and a Director on the Forever Fund and Pine Grove.

Jean-Guy Savoie (Québec)
Jean-Guy Savoie was re-elected to the CREA Board for a third term as Regional Director for the Province of Québec in April 2005. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1990, and a Broker since 1994. He is the Broker owner of Royal LePage La Renaissance in Gatineau, Québec. He is a former President of the Chambre immobilière de l'Outaouais, and is also a trainer for ACAIQ.
Robert K. Wallace (British Columbia)
Robert K. Wallace is Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, Canada’s second largest real estate board.
Before joining the Board, Mr. Wallace was employed by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of B.C. where he served as Director of Education for a number of years, and Director of Operations from 1989 to 1995.
Mr. Wallace has served on many boards in a variety of capacities. He has been a Director and Past President of the Life Line Society, a Research Associate for the Centre for Applied Ethics at the University of British Columbia and Director of public companies in the oil and gas industry and in the forest products industry – just to name a few.
He has also served as a Director of the national MLS® and Technology Council, which is charged with steering the future of technology in organized real estate in Canada and is currently a Director of the Canadian REALTORS Care® Foundation.
